This application will be completed in several steps, as there are two components to filing the Exemplary Application:
1. The Exemplary Requirement Checklist
2. The Best Practices Form, which is listed below and can be submitted online.
The Exemplary Requirement Checklist is necessary for the Exemplary level, and it is recommended that you download the Checklist first. prior to completing the Best Practices Form, to review the necessary requirements.

Once you have completed the checklist document, this can be uploaded at the end of the online application or can be emailed with other supporting documentation to Susan Inglis at susan@sustainablefurnishings.org
